I myself imported the second son collector edition for collection purpose and its about $140+ after the shipping fee.

The US and Asian Collector edition indeed have the same items. However, most ppl will pay more for the US because they are the true collector. Most collectors are unwillingly to buy R3 product due to the ugly chinese text coverart.
